After +8 years with Google in Ireland and then in France, I developed my coaching skills by accompanying managers and their teams, as well as +90 individual Googlers, in their career development and personal projects, as well as in more difficult times such as burn-out, redundancy or change.
Before Google and coaching, I was an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of my start-up WePetsitty, managing an incredible team, learning from them and developing as a leader.
I myself have been coached by inspiring women and men along the way and even today, we never stop learning about ourselves, our strengths to become the best version of ourselves.

What drives me
I'm an independent, passionate person. French, I have lived in Finland 🇫🇮, Canada 🇨🇦, Japan 🇯🇵 and Ireland 🇮🇪.
🥾 I love to recharge my batteries in nature and go on multi-day hikes 🤿 underwater on scuba diving excursions to discover an unexplored world.
🪴 I love gardening and learning about wild plants to better understand nature and its wonders. It gives me peace of mind, patience, creativity and productivity.
🐶 I also spend time occupying and developing Molki, my Irish 🍀 bilingual Border-Collie dog, regularly teaching him new skills.
🎁 My knowledge and passions will find their way into my coaching style, so expect to go for a walk in the woods, develop an action plan facing the sea or even take part in a houseplant workshop with your team while defining your values and vision...
